    Well, the important thing is that you don't translate "Uno" as "Globus" but as "One"... i think it sounds WAY better.

    Heh, here in Norway we had "Glupus" and "Slupus" instead of "One and "Two". They were cute names, but I think One and Two sound more machine-like and cool.

    Makes me wonder...Do their Norwegian names have a meaning?

    Yes!

    Glupus = Glup "Smart" | Slupus = Sleip "smooth-spoken"

    [POSTQUOTE][QUOTE:20492344=sagichnicht, 03.12.2004 16:13]hm... if there is no indication at all that the translation will be started again/silverware returns... would anybody mind scanning? a friend of mine is fluent in italian and german, and i am more then only fluent in german and english...(yes translating from italian to german to english seems complicated/connected with loose of informations, but it ISN'T.) i can't promise anything but i could try. :\
    [/QUOTE][/POSTQUOTE]

    Hi there. I am also a German native speaker and I study English, including some background in translation. If you or anyone else can come up with scans, I would be very glad to help. Hell, I would even translate them from Italian myself if need be. I just need the scans. Then we could think about getting a team together in order to proof-/crossread the texts + get someone to do the setting.

    best regards,

    Sorry for the failed quote, can anyone tell me how to amend it?
